The rice flour pregelatinized - FG is a product obtained pregelatinized by extrusion, from rice grains polished and selected.

Functional Characteristics and Applications
Rice flour FG , micronized products applied to several segments of food industry, mainly in processed meat industry as in sausages, ham, cold meat and baloney as a substitute for tapioca starch.

Rice Flour pregelatinized  FG 100

The rice flour pregelatinized - FG100 is a product pregelatinized extruded from rice grain polished and selected. Functional Features and Applications The rice flour has a smooth texture with cooking and white color. This product is hypoallergenic and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (which may be used as a substitute for wheat in the preparation of gluten-free products). The pregelatinized rice flour can be used for thickening and water retention without use of heat. Among their applications stand out creams for desserts, baby foods, prepared cold, breaded foods, stuffing burgers, mayonnaise, instant pudding, instant mixes milk and cookies.

The selected rice flour - FN is a completely natural product resulting from the milling of broken grain polished rice.

Functional Characteristics and Applications
Rice flour has a smooth texture with cooking and white color. It is a hypoallergenic product and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (can be used as a substitute for wheat in the preparation of gluten-free products).
